10 STEPS TO BEING A ONE MAN CORPORATION

1. Get up before the sun comes up.

2. Develop a budget for what you're trying to do.

3. Get a Partner, Develop a Team.

4. Spend an hour a day on Strategic Planning.

5. Keep a Daily Journal / Planner / Notebook.

6. Choose a Lodestar.

7. Do it The Way, before you choose to do it "your" way.

8. Have the Best Moves, not the Best Tools. ...actually, have both.

9. Know. Don't think, don't feel, KNOW.

10. Be the One others copy & try to 'do it better' than.

*Make your production company the source from which your enterprises stem from. If ANY of your endeavors fail to pan out you don't bankrupt your vision, your enthusiasm, or your pocket. You will protect and preserve the heart of your business in this way. You can also franchise your idea and allow others to put their stamp on your vision and you collect on it; or give your business over to someone who can do with it what you can't [assuming they are a BETTER business person] and you take royalties on future profits.
