After months of planning, the sky-high Five-Sixty
restaurant by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck will quietly begin its
"soft opening" Thursday atop Reunion Tower.
The restaurant, 560 feet above the ground, becomes
high-end restaurant No. 16 for Puck.
Technically it's his first Dallas restaurant, but the creative
culinarian also is the force behind Cafe Nasher by Wolfgang Puck at
the Nasher Sculpture Center.
